On Thursday 27 March 2025, Action on Disability hosted a powerful event at our centre in Hammersmith & Fulham to celebrate Disabled women as part of Women’s History Month.
From energising movement sessions and heartfelt talks to inspiring stories of leadership, solidarity, and inclusion — the evening was filled with courage, connection, and celebration. Guest speakers including Chloe Cooper (QPR), Dominique-Nicole Sotuminu, Aman Ahluwalia (Inclusion London), and the Mayor of Hammersmith & Fulham reminded us what’s possible when Disabled women are given space to lead.
We are so proud to have held a space where Disabled women were “seen, heard, and celebrated.”
