Our Place Project

Our Place is a brand new 3-year project funded by the national lottery where our goal is to create a community space and resource hub that disabled people can call their own –and be involved in all aspects of its delivery and service it provides.

The purpose of the project is to help meet the needs expressed by local disabled people to have their own place, learn skills, meet new people, and build links with amenities, businesses, and event spaces in Hammersmith and Fulham
